) am now offering tech support here at Trenary.org for all registered users. There is a catch, however... I have to be around.

technology, I can also connect to your computer remotely for better assistance in solving your issue. I've only played around with this software alone, so if you're one of the first to use it with me, there might be some issues we run into together that I didn't think of on my own.
You'll need to download a small program to connect our two computers. From there, you'll need to give me an identification number from the program and then you'll have to authorize my access. No one can connect to your computer without your authorization.
